Newly Accepted UBRP Students

For incoming Summer 2026 students, here are your next steps!

Step One: Once accepted to UBRP, sign a UBRP Participation Agreement and e-mail it to Jennifer at cubeta@arizona.edu no later than 5:00pm on Friday, March 6 to officially accept your spot in the program.

Step Two: Use the List of UBRP Faculty Mentors and the Tips for Finding and Interviewing Potential Faculty Mentors for UBRP to assist you in the process of finding a mentor.  Finalize your mentor and e-mail a completed UBRP Commitment Form to Jennifer at cubeta@arizona.edu by Friday, April 3, 2026.

Step Three: Save the date for UBRP Orientation, to be held on Monday, May 18 from 8:00am - 5:00pm on campus (location TBD). Additional information regarding this session will be forthcoming by email.
