The 35th Annual Undergraduate Biology Research Program (UBRP) Conference took place on Saturday, January 20, 2024 at the University of Arizona Student Union Grand Ballroom. Denise Krawitz, UBRP/BRAVO! alumna and Principal Consultant at CMC paradigms gave the keynote talk, entitled "Navigating a Career in Biotech Through Experimentation and Connection," and over 100 students presented posters of their research. Katalin Gothard and Jeaho Lim were recognized as the 2023-2024 UBRP Outstanding Mentors , and $300 was raised through our 50-50 raffle to kick off our campaign to fundraise $35,000 in 2024 for the Greatest Needs for UBRP Fund, to provide paid positions for financially challenged students to conduct research throughout the academic year.
