Who doesn’t get enough sleep every night? (I sure don’t!) But I’m here to tell you why sleep is so important and how there are special cells in your brain (not neurons) that are vital for the regulation such that its dysregulation may be the underlying cause of plaque build up associated with Alzheimer’s disease and other neurodegenerative diseases.
