"Its been a long time coming, but I am starting a PhD program at Boston
College in January developing tools and analyzing data from next-generation
DNA sequencing data," writes Amit Indap '00. "I
have a pretty clear focus on what I want to do. These new sequencing
methods are going to have a big impact in cancer genetics/genomics." Amit
is currently a programmer in department of biological statistics and computational
biology at Cornell University. As a UBRPer, Amit worked in Dr.
