Sara Salek, '98 is a recent addition to the full-time faculty at Banner
Good Samaritan Medical Center in Phoenix. She joined after completing a Child
and Adolescent Psychiatry Fellowship at Boston's Children's Hospital. After
receiving her MD from the UA College of Medicine, Sara completed a Psychiatry
residency at Banner Good Samaritan. As a UBRPer, Sara worked in Dr.
Raymond Runyan's lab, Cell Biology &Anatomy.

I was a UBRP student with Dr. Helen Jost, Veterinary Sciences/Microbiology," reports
Malen Link '01. She has recently finished her "graduate
program in virology at Harvard" and is now "a post-doctoral fellow
at the Food and Drug Administration in the Center for Biologics Evaluation
and Research in
Bethesda, Maryland."Malen's research currently involves studying Mumps

Scott Rex '92, a criminalist with the Arizona Department
of Public Safety (DPS) Office, has "moved to a new section of the crime
lab - latent prints." He finds it to be "an exciting move." While
in UBRP Scott worked with Dr. Ronald Watson, Family and Community
Medicine, and Dr.
