Sara Salek, '98 is a recent addition to the full-time faculty at Banner Good Samaritan Medical Center in Phoenix. She joined after completing a Child and Adolescent Psychiatry Fellowship at Boston's Children's Hospital. After receiving her MD from the UA College of Medicine, Sara completed a Psychiatry residency at Banner Good Samaritan. As a UBRPer, Sara worked in Dr. Raymond Runyan's lab, Cell Biology &Anatomy.

" I was a UBRP student with Dr. Helen Jost, Veterinary Sciences/Microbiology," reports Malen Link '01. She has recently finished her "graduate program in virology at Harvard" and is now "a post-doctoral fellow at the Food and Drug Administration in the Center for Biologics Evaluation and Research in Bethesda, Maryland."Malen's research currently involves studying Mumps virus vaccine safety and efficacy. Scott Rex '92, a criminalist with the Arizona Department of Public Safety (DPS) Office, has "moved to a new section of the crime lab - latent prints." He finds it to be "an exciting move." While in UBRP Scott worked with Dr. Ronald Watson, Family and Community Medicine, and Dr. George Atkinson, Chemistry/Optical Science. Email: srex@cox.net
