UBRP has tracked down Mikhal Gold '07 in Israel working for the Red Cross. She will start the MD program at UCSD in September of 2008. Mikhal was a UBRPer in Dr. Emmanuel Akporiaye's lab, Microbiology & Immunology.

" I have been doing research at the UA since graduation and working on getting a non-profit organization going (All for Education: www.all-for-education.org)," writes Ekaterina Taralova Spriggs '07. " I am currently working for The Translational Genomics Research Institute (TGen) at the Scottsdale location as a Research Associate II," writes Michelle LaGioia Kassner '05. "I work in the Pharmaceutical Genomics Division in the Cancer Drug Development Lab. In general our lab applies novel functional genomics methods and high-throughput technologies to identify drug targets and discover genes that regulate drug response."
