Stephanie Freeman '06 "will be finishing my MS in Chemical Engineering Practice at MIT in September and starting a PhD at the University of Texas at Austin." While in BRAVO! Stephanie worked with Dr. Hauke Smidt and Dr. Alfons Stams, Laboratory of Microbiology, Wageningen University, The Netherlands. At the UA, she worked in Dr. Reyes Sierra's Lab, Chemical Engineering. I am "finishing my MS in Biomedical Engineering at Georgia Tech and Emory University (it is a joint program). After that, I will continue towards my PhD," reports Kelly Brink '05. Kelly's research is "focused on tendon and ligament regeneration for orthopedic applications. As a UBRPer, Kelly worked with Dr. Walter Klimecki, Arizona Respiratory Center.
