The University of Arizona has been awarded a grant to support Beckman Scholars. Beckman Scholars receive support for doing research with one of 15 identified faculty mentors over two summers and one academic year. Eligible students must be US citizens or permanent residents of the US and in their sophomore, junior or senior year. They must be available to work full time for 10 weeks in the summer of 2007 and 2008 and 10 hours a week during the 2007/08 academic year. The deadline for applications is March 19 at 5:00 pm.
