…faculty sponsor, Dr. Susana Martinez-Conde,
Barrow Neurological Institute, Phoenix, Arizona.
Dr. Martinez-Conde’s research focuses on understanding the
neural correlates of our visual experience. She is interested
in (1) the study of the neural code for visual perception, and
(2) determining the neural correlates of shape and brightness
perception.
