Color Information

	The Gazette link color is (HEX) #00 66 33 R=0 G=102 B=51
	The color for visited links is (HEX) #66 99 66 R=102 G=153 B=102

Image Processing

Image tags should appear as follows:
<IMG SRC="graphics/dc3.jpg" WIDTH=150 HEIGHT=90 HSPACE=10 VSPACE=5 border=1 align=left>

Where possible, photographs should be cropped to a width of 150 pixels, and a height of 90 pixels. Regardless of the image parameters, height and width information should always be included in the IMG tag to reduce download time.

With an HSPACE setting of "10," a gutter of ten pixels provides a comfortable margin against which the text can align itself.
