Congratulations Graduates!

UBRPers and alums who completed graduation requirements in August and December 1997 received their degrees on December 20, 1997 are:

Receiving his PhD in Pharmacology & Toxicology was Thomas Abbruscato.
Receiving Masters degrees were Karen Bachar, Richard DeArmond and Juliana Wilson Hall.
Undergraduate degrees went to: G. Aaron Battraw, Rael Caspari, Mario Gastelum, Christina Martinez, Binh Chau, Udayan Dave, Wendy Finch, Norma Diaz-Mayoral, Kirstin Grahn, Gregory Hadden, Nathan Hartvigsen, Jennifer Herl, Eric Hines, Lisa Kennedy, George Lambrou, Leslie Parkinson, Sandy Pon, Cherry Sriben, Thomas Sroka, Frank Vladich, Jr. Audric Wong and Elizabeth Wood.

The College of Science presented Departmental Outstanding Senior Awards to Thomas Sroka, Biochemistry; Kirstin Grahn, Ecology & Evolutionary Biology; and Leslie Parkinson, Molecular & Cellular Biology. Leslie was also selected as the College of Science recipient of the UA Foundation Outstanding Senior Award.
