Application Process

Please download the applications as a PDF. The deadlines for submission are below.

- Undergraduate BRAVO! Application - print and fill in by hand
- Undergraduate BRAVO! Application - fill in on your computer using the most current Adobe Acrobat Reader and then print

- Graduate Student BRAVO! Application

Students can travel at any time and must work at the foreign site for a minimum of 10 weeks.

For students planning to travel for the summer (leaving on or after May 15)

• January 4, 2010 -- complete proposal with supporting documentation due in UBRP Office/copies circulated to BRAVO selection committee
• January 12, 2010 -- BRAVO! Interviews

For students planning to travel for the fall (leaving on or after July 15)

• March 1 -- complete proposal with supporting documentation due in UBRP Office/copies circulated to BRAVO selection committee
• Before April 1 -- Interview in which applicant presents the work to be done abroad takes place and decision is made

For students planning to travel for the spring (leaving on or after January 15)

• October 1 -- complete proposal with supporting documentation due in UBRP Office/copies circulated to BRAVO selection committee
• Before November 1 -- Interview in which applicant presents the work to be done abroad takes place and decision is made.
